You need more than just a desire to help people; You also need courage and dedication, assertiveness and a willingness to face new challenges. Our service is one of which calls on its members to perform hot, sweaty, dirty, strenuous work often in uncertain and hazardous environments.

Dashwood's volunteers are invited to our family barbeques and outings, and we always try to work with members' schedules as much as we possibly can. With a fitness center, off-duty insurance and compensation put in place for your time spent volunteering with us, the Dashwood Volunteer Fire Department is a team you'll be proud to be a part of!
